    Abstract: 不論不動產景氣為何，購屋或租屋等商業行為都仍一直存在著，其中，需求面與供給面間的訊息聯結大多由不動產仲介業者承擔。就消費者與仲介業者而言，追求不動產訊息披露的多樣性與豐富性是共同追求的目標。本文以國內、外主要的地圖服務者提供的資訊平台與發展工具為架構基礎，除了比較其提供的地圖服務功能外，更以不動產資料庫、外加的不動產外觀與內部陳設影像以及生活機能空間分佈資料，經進一步視覺化處理後做為資料來源，嘗試以ASP網頁技術結合Google Maps/Earth和Urmap的API功能，建構包含二維及三維資訊的不動產資訊查詢與顯示介面。實證結果顯示，整合兩大地圖服務資訊的設計，確能活化與多元化不動產資料庫機能。
    Whether the real estate market is prosperous or not, purchasing or renting houses always exists. Real estate agencies are market information provider. It is the goal of the consumer and the agency to get sufficient real estate market information. In this paper, an interface was designed which based on information platform and map development tools provided by two main map server providers. In addition, the functions of API between them were compared. The real estate database and digital photos of properties were processed and adopted as resources in this paper. We try to use the function of Google Maps/Earth and Urmap API to build an interface which can show the results of query among real estate database in two- and three-dimensional formats. The result shows that this kind of platform, which combines the two major map server functions, can really activate with the real estate database contains.
