| Abstract: | 本文對於中國大陸汽車市場的汽車零組件及配件製造之產業，在2004年由政府推動的《汽車產業發展政策》進行政策前後在生產力估計上的變化，由於我們的數據使用年份係從2001年到2011年，當中中國政府從1994年變頒布過《汽車工業產業政策》，爾後從2004年再次制定與汽車產業相關的政策《汽車產業發展政策》，隨後在2008年金融風暴的影響下，於次年推出《汽車下鄉政策》來拉動內需，刺激經濟，因此我們的數據橫跨了三個政策的實施期間，從生產力的估計來觀測政策對於該產業的影響。研究方法採用Olley and Pakes（1996）的三階段模型估計企業的生產力，逐年檢視其生產力的變化。本研究結果顯示，2004年及2009年發布的政策，一個是從生產結構進行調整，一個則是刺激內需來提升產能，二者數據結果皆顯示出政策有明顯的成效，雖然在2004年的政策下，似乎代表結構調整需要一些緩衝時間，自2005年後，生產力的上升可以看出政策的實施對該產業帶來正向的影響。而2009年的汽車下鄉政策也成功的以刺激內需的方式提高了企業的生產力。 |
