    Abstract: 由於網際網路與數位資訊科技進步,數位學習與MOOCs近年來成為現代人學習的風潮。本文主要探討數位學習新發展與圖書館如何參與提供新服務,首先說明數位學習從遠距教育發展成為今日的面貌,數位學習的意涵、要件與新發展;其次探討MOOCs的特色與模式,論述數位學習擴大圖書館版圖,出現哪些圖書館數位學習新服務,以及闡釋三個圖書館數位學習服務的個案。
    As the Internet and digital information technology has made a huge progress, e-learning and MOOCs recently become modern trends. This article explores new developments in e-learning and libraries participating in and some new services. Firstly, it examines how distance education was transferred into elearning, and definition, elements and new development of e-learning; secondly, it investigates the features and models of the MOOCs; thirdly, it discusses how e-learning extends library services and what is distance learning library services and their content. Finally, three cases studies on library e-learning services were provided with detailed description and examined based on the above new services theory and practices.
