Abstract:	戰後日本經濟的快速復甦，引起各國的注目，而經濟的成長又與企業經營的效率息息相關，本文用社會學的訪問法與文獻資料，由社會組織的層面來探討日本的企業經營。日本所使用集團主義的經營，擺脫目前各大企業所面臨的員工對組織的疏離感。在雇用上採用終身雇用制，員工不必見異思遷，而年功薪資制，集體作業方式，全員一致的決議，全面性照顧的溫情主義－－福利厚生等，使得員工對企業產生歸屬感與忠誠心。另外，企業別勞工工會，使得日本勞資關係和協，沒有強烈的勞資對立發生，日本的經營管理，尚存有許多缺點與論爭，但無疑的，日本採取含有傳統因素的經營制度，在經營效率上有積極的正面作用。
