Title:	我國師範教育與中等學校師資供需之研究

Abstract:	師範教育之目標主要在培育中、小學之師資，其質與量之水準，對教育之成敗具有深遠之影響，故各國對師範教育之發展均非常重視。我國師資培育體系，目前由師範專科學校培育小學師資，師範大學校院培養中學師資，專科以上學校之師資，則由大學研究所培育或向海外延聘；此外，並辦理教師在職進修教育，以提高教師素質。我國師範教育歷經調整與改革，已建立良好制度，所培育之師資，不僅成為中、小學教育發展之主力，對國家整體建設亦提供相當之貢獻。惟日前師範教育仍存有若干問題值得加以探討。本研究以文獻分析與問卷調查為研究及蒐集資料之主要方法，並運用適當之統計方法統計及證驗所獲之數據資料。本研究之內容包括：一、師範教育現況檢討（含有關國家師範教育制度之比較分析）；二、有關師範教育實證研究報告之摘要；三、進行問卷調查瞭解教育人員及師資培育機構學生對改進師範教育之看法與意見；四、根據研究結果對改進師範教育提供可行建議。」
