    Abstract: 本研究的主要目的是探討職業婦女之工作與休閒關係及此關係與生活型態之相關。研究樣本是臺北市四五二名已婚的職業婦女，以問卷調查法實施之。結果顯示職業婦女的生活型態有六個穩定的因素構面，包括知識藝文，社交應酬、消極被動、自信謹慎，運動旅遊和傳統婦女角色等因素。根據五個工作與休閒共有的特性（自主性、變化性、壓力感、技術性、互動性），來區分四組工作與休閒關係型態（主動性延續，反應性補償、填充性補償、被動性延續）之群體，結果發現最能區別這四組群體的變項為知識藝文、社交應酬、消極被動和自信謹慎等四項生活型態因素，及年齡、結婚年數，職業與全家收入等四項人口統計變項。
