Abstract:	本文主要在研討團體歷程應用於教學上與輔導上的兩種策略：團體研究模式及班會模式，皆強調教學情境中個人與團體或他人間關係的一種社會協商歷程，因為個人智能發展與團體歷程關係密切，知識乃吾人與團體從經驗操作中不斷重組而產生，並非僅由感官與環境的交互作用。因此教育的主要任務之一即在增進個人對現實環境的敏察能力，反省思考能力與從事團體活動的民主協商能力，如此，他才能產生深刻的看法、豐富的感受、並能進行有效的相互學習，發展共識。本文分四部分：（一）團體歷程的本質，探討其價值、交互作用、團體目標、批判性思考、問題解決等要點。（二）團體歷程的技巧，說明如何應用社交測量法、組織委員會、進行團體討論、團體計劃、團體行動、團體評鑑等技巧。（三）團體歷程在教學上的應用－－團體研究模式，（四）團體歷程在輔導上的應用－－班會模式，二者皆就意義與目的，基本概念、教學步驟、教學中之師生關係與教學原則，教學資源及其應用，預期教學效果及評價等項分別說明，並就教於學者賢達。
