Abstract:	本文主要在闡明並申論複合實體的本質如何與邏輯概念「類」「種」和「種差」相關。作者引用文獻以分析「本質」之意義，進而說明複合實體的本質，再論及複合實體與邏輯概念「類」「種」和「種差」的關係，最後闡述要把一複合實體的本質視為一普遍概念，則必須將本質整個表示出，而就其存於認知心靈中，為所有個別物的共同性之關係上去看，乃為一普遍概念。
