    Abstract: 莊子一書，流傳至今，文多挩訛，義有不明。儀徵劉申叔先生，所撰莊子斠補，歷檢群籍，以讎異同，故解舛訛，亦附正焉。其所發正約數百事，均王俞郭孫所未詮，可謂莊學之功臣也。余以偏愛漆園，經鑽研剖析為二。一為匡舊訓之違失，如：榮子即鈃、顏成為複姓、指為意指馬為白馬、梧非琴瑟、益乃溢省、詁僕為附、離雜交譌、堅當作固、丘與虛同、旦宅情死當作怛(宅)耗精、於于義似華誣、官即大德不官之官、柴與棧通、養翔古通、故即巧故之故、恤卹侐義同、招當訓舉、詰禽為獲、營周之營、波蓋頗(假)、搜猶謏稍同小等廿一則。一為正傳寫之舛譌，如：圖為徙訛、忘即化訛、力上有大字、藉措均係籍(假)、情乃誠(假)、瓦句當作丸鉤、踶跂當作踶趹、介兀互訛、兩而字衍文、妄意室中之藏當作意而中藏、二缶為二垂、跖上挩桀、洛雒絡落同義、妹為末義、若負上挩揭仁義、赴當作仆、置與植同、疏下有草字、殉當作徇、修循互訛、義士當作仁義、祿祿當作錄錄、循當作順、苟當作苛、散乃殽訛等廿五則。藉以闡述先賢學說，未敢效鸚鵡之饒舌耳。
