    摘要: 本文根據一個相當一般化之總體理性預期模型，來證明：當吾人在做貨幣政策、財政政策 與名目工資率契約訂定指數化政策之最適搭配時，若不考慮政府預算平衡限制式，則可能 會得到一種理論上不具意義，且實際執行上亦不可行之無意義最適政策解。此外，吾人尚 對貨幣派宗師M. Friedman所主張之「唯獨貨幣是最重要的」，給予一句新的詮釋。
