Title:	國小中年級學童生活中的科學問題探究

Abstract:	個體知識的成長是一個建構外界訊息的歷程，根據Bickhard的互動論，個體建構知識的歷程是一個解決問題的歷程(Bickhard, 1991)，而問題解決能力的培養，也是當今世界各國科學教育的重點。了解兒童主動提出的問題以及他們如何解決問題，似乎也成了科學教育研究不可或缺的一項重點。本研究為國科會專案研究「國小低年級學童生活中的科學問題及其問題意識之研究」之後續研究（吳璧純，民86），所以本著前述研究的模式，繼續探究中年級學童日常生活中的科學問題類型、探究科學問題的方法與能力、以及常有的迷思問題。本研究並於每一項探討重點上，交代低年級與中年級學童發展上的差異。本研究的結果對於認知心理學、科學教育理論以及實際教學上都有所助益。在理論上，一方面對所謂知識發展理論中的問題解決的重要性有更進一步的探討；另一方面則對於科學教育的潮流與走向的探討也將有所貢獻。在應用方面則希望研究結果一方面可進一步幫助老師們了解學童所具有的科學問題、概念與推理能力；另一方面則可作為國小自然科課程發展的參考。
