Abstract:	中山先生曾提出了許多與「福利國家」相關的概念，如「經濟權」、「民生權」。本文即嘗試對「經濟權」做一探討。「經濟權」之產生原因，係工業革命後，工廠制度興起，工人被迫與生產工具分離、勞力變成商品，致勞工在僱傭關係中受到剝削及威脅。而其權利內涵，則為工人勞動條件之改善，及生活條件之提昇問題。其權利主體則專指處於經濟弱者地位之工人。本文之分析架構，則以經濟利益調和說為理論基礎，再分別從政治、經濟及企業經營諸層面，作一縱向說明。
