    Abstract: 本文主要目的在探討多變量變異數分析與線性結構關係模式之轉換關係,並拓展及說明一些可用以替代多變量變異數分析之線性結構關係模式。同時以國小教師「自我效能」之施測資料,進行拓展後模式之說明及與過去研究結果做一比較。最後,本文亦提出一些值得注意之建議。從模式間之轉換關係可以看出:線性結構關係模式在參數設定下,可以回到多變量變異數分析模式,而一些情況下,多變量變異數分析並無法處理。這些情況包括衡量變項為潛伏構面、因子水準間衡量變項之變異及共變不相等、衡量變項之變異及共變不相等時,因子間交互效果之檢定、及其它組合模式。根據轉換及拓展後模式之實證結果發現:儘管國小教師性別與婚姻狀況在「自我效能」各衡量構面上無明顯之交互作用,但在「自我效能」整體構面上卻可能有交互效果。過去實證運用之多變量變異數分析模式無法進行此一分析。此外,一些結果亦與過去發現不同。
