Title:	健全我國證券金融制度之研究

Abstract:	本研究先就我國證券金融制度之架構與精神，配合其應有功能與市場角色定位，加以檢討。再觀察日、韓兩國的證券金融事業概況，作一比較分析；並審視我國現行業務狀況，輔以日、韓兩國的業務與制度，以及針對我國投資人、證券商負責人和上市公司董監事所作的問卷調查，瞭解其面對現行制度與業務上所發生之問題與需求，作為建構我國證券金融事業應改進檢討之參考與未來規劃的方向。同時採「制度觀點」與「功能觀點」，以評量現行證券金融事業，在整個經濟環境的運作上是否能有效促進發揮資本市場的功能？是否應從制度結構上去改進？最後再提出今後「應該」或「必要」之發展方向與建議，作為健全我國證券金融制度之參考。文章內容分為五部分，壹、說明研究動機、目的、方法。貳、探討證券金融事業應有的功能與市場角色定位。參、為比較我國與日、韓兩國在證券金融制度與業務上的差異。肆為證券金融需求調查研究分析。伍、結論與建議。
