    Abstract: 本文主要目的在評估以分段替代整體估計方式對潛伏結構參數估計的影響。評估的分段估計方式主要包括迴歸權重法、加總法、加總法之變形及最小平方法四種。因解析比較上的困難,故本文以模擬的方式進行評估。依據模擬的結果發現:不論四種分段估計方式中的那一種,所估得之結構參數值之精確度,皆不如整體估計的結果,而且偏向低估。尤其是加總法(含變形),其產生之估計值可能不包括真正的參數值。僅管這些發現來自一特定模式的模擬,其效度需進一步確認。但至少說明分段方式在結構參數估計上可能產生的問題。這些問題對實證研究有相當重要的涵意:以LISREL進行模式驗證時,應儘量避免以分段估計方式為之。如果衡量指標真的過多時,應先以精簡衡量指標,或重新參數化原設定的模式,再行LISREL分析。
