Abstract:	本文從國際發展理論的觀點，來分析國際政治經濟體系，因此，以發展觀和世界觀做為論文結構中的二大主要的分析層次，而以系統分類做為分析架構。論文第一節，討論世界觀的展現，略述中外不同的觀點，並提示當代國際政經關係中，世界觀的理念意含。第二節，探討各家對「世界」的不同觀點，分別敘述對「用語」及「國際政經體系分類標準」之辯論，以明白爭執焦點何在。第三節，探討當代對國際政經體系的分類，列舉資本主義陣營和社會主義陣營不同的分類法，說明各個陣營進行分類工作時的不同的基本立場。第四節，探討「第三世界」的範圍與特性，說明「第三世界」何所指，有些什麼特性。第五節，探討「第四世界」的範圍與特性，說明那些國家是「最不發展國家」，有些什麼特性。第六節，闡明從國際發展的觀點來研究國際政經體系，可以提供我們一種充份的、完整的世界觀，以及做為擬訂未來國際發展策略之指引。
