Title:	台北市日、晚報外勤記者自我職業形象評估及關聯因素研究

Abstract:	本研究於民國七十一年四月訪問了七十八位臺北市五家日、晚報社之外勤採訪記者，請他們就報社記者之個人屬性、工作表現、生活型態、自主程度、工作環境、職業聲望等職業形象作一概括性描述及主觀性評估。結果發現受訪記者對記者之職業形象有相當正面的評估，但在評估經濟狀況如收入等問題時，則有傾向負面評估的趨勢。而在探討此種形象之關聯因素如採訪路線、報社經營型態、專業工作年齡、新聞專業訓練、及性別、教育程度、經濟狀況等背景變項中，與形象評估較有關聯的因素為專業年齡及受訪者之實際年齡。亦即在多項形象評估之項目中顯示，年齡愈大的、工作年資愈深的記者，愈有對記者作正向評估的傾向。而表面數字亦顯出僅受中學或專科教育的受訪者，其所持記者職業形象與受大學教育的受訪者所持之形象相比較，則有較正面評估的傾向，但並非所有差異都達事先選定之統計顯著水準。
