    Abstract: 一、前言：首先說明盤庚篇的命名。然後就著：1.盤庚篇的作成時代，2.三篇的先後次第，3.「五邦」的地名等問題，作一試探性的介紹，希望借著這種介紹，使閱讀的人，先有一個明確的概念。二、大義探討：這一部分，為本文重點所在，計分三十五目，來探討本篇大義。上篇分為十一目（一至十一），中篇分為十四目（十二至二十五），下篇分為十目（二十六至三十五），分別說明盤庚對臣民誥諭的義蘊。三、結語：就著大義探討的結果，歸納三篇的主旨，借以表現盤庚的寬厚、賢明以及不厭其詳地解說和耐心。古人嘗說：「作之君，作之師。」盤庚實當之而無愧。其對後世的影響，用「既深且遠」這四個字來形容，是再恰當也不過了。
