Abstract:	一九五八年是法國政治史上的重要里程碑。它讓戴高樂有東山再起的機會；它也讓法國邁入「第五共和」(La V Republique)。戴高樂是法國「第四共和」(La IV Republique)的最後一任內閣總理，同時又從第五共和誕生之始，連續擔任法國總統達十年半之久，因此他對第五共和的出生紙－一九五八年憲法的產生，會有相當大的影響力。此一影響力到底有多大？這是本文所要探索的主題。現分別從戴高樂的復出、第五共和憲法產生的背景、制訂的經過、以及其特點等方面來探討。
