    Abstract: 本研究旨在發展一套測驗工具,藉以評量高中學生在解釋資料與形成假說的過程中應用所學過的化學概念的能力。本測驗本質上採常模參照測驗的設計理念,測驗題組的結構為(1)已學過的化學概念(2)應用化學概念解釋資料(3)形成新的概念或假說。化學概念採高中二年級學過的化學概念為準,為增加內容效度,命題時依據(1)命題大綱及雙向細目表(2)學科專家和高中老師的意見(3)參考APU的方法,訂出評分標準,由同一人評閱相同試題。本研究抽測樣本採自台灣省六校,台北市二校,高雄市一校就讀一般高中之高二、高三學生,共793人。研究結果顯示(1)學過的化學概念,學生平均通過率為73%(2)應用化學概念作資料處理和解釋,學生平均通過率72%(3)形成假說,學生平均通過率54%(4)化學概念與解釋資料及形成假說二項過程技能有顯著正相關存在γ=.50(p<.001)(5)所發展之測驗工具之內部均質性信度(α)為.76,平均P值.65,平均D值.45;均很理想(6)另以TIPS II進行效標關聯效度考驗得相關係數.45,同時效度之考驗結果,尚稱滿意。
