    Abstract: 勞資關係的安定和諧，和一國的經濟成長息息相關。而日本企業的終身雇用制，為勞資關係的重要因素。它的形成，為基於日本社會特有的文化，歷史風土，及人為刻意的創造而成立。由於一位員工在進入企業時，即假設自己將一輩子留在此公司，因此形成員工對企業的忠誠心，一體感，而企業也願意從事教育訓練的投資，及講求企業福利的提供，因此，對勞資關係的安定和諧有其貢獻。我國企業跳槽風氣盛行，日本的長期雇用的策略，無疑的可提供國人另一思想空間。
