    Abstract: 壹：前言一、無逸二字的形體與意義。二、無逸篇的作者與作意。三、無逸篇旨大要。貳：大義探討 一、當知稼穡之艱難，無逸乃逸。二、以小民之事為喻，告戒成王不可據今而卑昔。三、以殷王中宗之無逸乃逸，故能享國久相勉。四、以殷王高宗無逸乃逸之實相勉。五、以殷王祖甲之惠保于民、不敢侮鰥寡相告。六、以殷王之耽樂、生逸而不得享年久相警。七、遠舉太王、王季，近舉文王以明無逸乃周之家法。八、以無逸樂、無酗于酒以規成王之行。九、以古代淳樸之風習相期勉。十、以四哲為典範，勉成王自敬其德。十一、呼嗣王以「于茲」是勉，尤見周公之用心。參：結語 一、就全篇文勢說。二、就全篇大旨說。三、就全篇價值說。
