Abstract:	本文旨在分析過量教育對失業的影響。由於各國政策長期偏愛教育投資，造成教育投資量偏高情事；這可由一九八二年各國高、中等教育迴歸線加以證實。凡教育投資在一九八二年迴歸平均之上的國家均出現失業率偏高，而且其失業多為持續性。因此，各國教育投資應以一九八二年迴歸線為參照點。其次，經濟成長可增加就業機會，它對減少失業率有其立即及遲延效果；因此，教育投資量的增減應充分與經濟計畫配合。
