    Abstract: 不動產價格為一國之重要經濟指標,如擬作整體與有系統的觀察,須將其編製為指數,惟不動產與一般商品不同,因其具異質性與查價不易等缺點,故其指數甚難編製。本文茲提出加權法、連鎖法、與特徵法等三種方法,並比較其優劣,期能在統計正確性與行政可行性兩項標準下選擇一種在我國較為可行的方法,以供使用。本文並以臺北市為例,選用加權法,編製歷年地價指數,供各界參考。
