    Abstract: 自南宋以來的我國學術界，朱熹的影響力該說是夠大的，造成他的大影響的原因之一，是他寫了四書集註這本書。就有功於儒家而言，朱子的四書集註當然值得稱讚，然而他的另外一本周易本義卻對後世學術產生了負面的影響力，阻礙了易學的研究，因為他固執於「易為卜筮之書」之故。此一主張曾經遭到王船山的嚴厲批評，然而一般學術界人士不察，每把周易本義之書與四書集註作同樣看待，從而近世以來，視易學為哲學思想的人稀，而視之為算命之學的人眾。本文乃就朱子此一觀點，指陳其為錯見之故，及其影響後世易學研究之大端，俾學術界對此一問題有正確的認識。
