    Abstract: 馬克思主義對國家觀點的理解有許多方式。本文僅提供讀者一種主要的馬克思主義國家理念,此即結構主義國家觀。本文試圖由三方面加以檢視此一觀點:(一)基礎與上層建築;(二)生產方式與國家;(三)作為特殊生產關係物質凝聚物的國家。此三方面並無不協調處,而是馬克思主義結構國家觀的三個不同面向。分析之後,作者將在文末對馬克思及恩格斯在建構馬克思主義的結構主義國家觀上能呈現的複雜性及理論上的弱點提出批評。
