    Title: 國小教師自我效能與班級管理取向

    Abstract: 教師班級管理行為取決於教師對管理所持的信念與態度。而教師自我效能是否可能反映在班級秩序及學習動機的管理上？教師在處理學生學習及行為問題時，是否與其自我效能的高低有關？本研究係以「教師自我效能」為核心概念，探討其與班級管理取向的關係，藉以瞭解教師自我效能的本質及其影響作用。本研究以426位國小教師為對象進行實證研究，調查工具包括：「教學自我效能量表」、「學生控制意識量表」和「問題解決風格量表」。實證分析指出：1.高自我效能的教師具有人文取向的控制意識和自主取向的動機信念；低自我效能的教師則具有監控取向的控制意識和控制取向的動機信念。2.教師自我效能各構面中，「抗衡家長管教負面影響的效能」和「抗衡傳播媒體負面影響的效能」對教師的控制意識能作有效預測，共可解釋9.56%的總變異量。另外，「診斷學習及變通教法的效能」和「抗衡學生參照人物負面影響的「效能」對教師的動機信念亦能作有效預測，二者可解釋5.43%的總變異量。3.教師自我效能六個構面與控制意識及動機信念之間，存有顯著的典型相關；惟教師自我效能各構面對控制意識和動機信念的影響略有不同，但互有重疊。為提昇教師的自我效能，協助教師建立合理的管理信念與態度，本研究亦說明此項研究在師資培育上的含意。
