    Title: The Influence of the Hwabon novels of Ming Dynasty on Korean Enlightenment Period`s Novels

    Abstract: 韓國開化期可以說是新舊文學的交替時期，1906年新的文學樣式登入文壇，文人作家雖然逐漸嘗試創作新小說，但朝鮮時期傳承下來的舊小說作品仍然大量問世，且還深受保守派人士及讀者的喜愛。在這些舊小說當中，筆者發現有多篇作品係明代話本小說的改作，本文即以其中改寫自<龍圖公案>中三篇故事的<神斷公案>1,2,3回作品為主軸，分析開化期的文學背景，探討在開化期的時代，這些改寫自明代小說的作品是以何種面貌出現，以及改寫後的特色與意義。
