    Abstract: 企業員工福利一方面是貨幣工資外的另一種報酬，另一方面又具有替代與補充公共社會安全制度不足的功能，它不僅對企業的生存與發展具有日益重大的影響力量，對充實和完善整個社會安全制度也扮演日益重要的角色。有鑑於此，本文乃對企業員工福利的內涵、性能、設立目的、對社會安全的貢獻、及其衍生的問題和對經濟的衝擊等進行探討，希望藉此能夠引起國人對企業員工福利制度的重視，進而設法使企業各種福利措施與公共福利政策更加配合，以有利於我國建立完善的社會安全制度。
