    Abstract: 《危機傳播與溝通：計畫、管理、與回應》一書的前兩章為概括的介紹：第一章解釋了危機管理的定義與重要性，第二章則大致地介紹了危機管理的過程和步驟。第三章到第八章為此書主要的內容，即按照危機管理的先後階段更深入地探討：如何在危機發生前檢視並預防可能的風險，在危機處理當下需注意的工作與回應的策略，以及事後的評估與學習等。書末再簡要地提醒危機管理的工作應該要持續不斷，同時要重視公關人員在危機管理中的角色與價值。這樣的編排合理有序，對於讀者來說，內容的文字應該也是流暢易讀。
