    Title: 電子治理與資訊產業發展

    Abstract: 目前我國正值「第四階段電子化政府計畫」（101年至105年），同時也是經濟部推行「臺灣產業結構優化─三業四化具體行動計畫」產業策略時期，電子治理研究中心過去一直在「優質公共治理原則」及「優質網路政府計畫」的目標下，藉由公共政策管理的專業，提供臺灣推動電子治理與電子化政府的政策建議，特別在資訊產業部分，配合當前網路及科技應用發展趨勢提出前瞻政策研究規劃。本文回顧過去電子治理研究中心研究成果，包括「數位國家治理：國情分析架構與方法」、「政府開放資料加值營運模式之研究」、「跨域整合及資通訊科技創新應用：以長期照護管理評估之行動化服務為例」等案例，並與經濟部工業局「臺灣產業結構優化」產業策略鏈結，希望對於電子治理相關的政府雲端技術運用、巨量資料分析或資料開放加值應用與隱私的保護等議題，給予概要且全面性的介紹。其目的，一方面希望能夠將資訊通訊科技運用於政府治理，提高政府服務效能；另一方面希望帶動國內產業發展，更長遠而言，希望我國在電子治理各項評比與資訊產業的技術研發居領先地位，且有能力將電子治理成果與技術輸出到其他國家。
