    Title: 跨國資訊服務業的生產力評量

    Abstract: 資訊服務產業 (IT services industry)主要為提供公司行號資訊科技的支援及服務。由於資訊服務業的產出為知識密集的商業服務；以及該產業所提供的資訊服務，通常被其他產業用來做中繼原料(intermediate inputs)，以產出最終產品。因此，在已開發國家的服務經濟架構下，資訊服務產業具有一定的重要性。本計畫的研究問題即在分析資訊服務產業的生產力。利用OECD國家從1995到2007年的資料，我們使用Malmquist productivity index和data
    envelopment analysis 檢視資訊服務產業在過去的13年間的生產力表現。此外，我們透過數學模型，將生產力分解為科技演進、生產效率以及經濟規模三要素。依據生產、創新以及競爭三方面的論述，我們進一步分析資訊服務產業在此三要素的表現。
