    Abstract: 舞台謝幕後,往往博得滿堂彩;老師下課後,在起立、立正、敬禮口號後的那聲「謝謝老師」,有多少學生是出於真心卻不得而知。或許有人會將其歸咎於兩者表現形式的差異,但將劇場與教育的元素相對照,會發現多能有所呼應:學生與觀眾、教師與演員、教室與劇場、教案與劇本。教育與劇場有類似的構成,學生與觀賞者的投入程度卻截然不同,在十八世紀,盧梭提出「戲劇性的實作學習」,啟發後人將戲劇為教學方法的一種,到了二十世紀,因為《遊戲方法》一書的出版,戲劇教學法正式走入學校教室。教育戲劇至今在英美兩國耕耘已經百餘年,但對台灣多數的老師來說還是不甚熟悉。在台灣的教育環境下,如何取劇場之長,讓教學也能展現出如戲劇一般的魅力?本研究採質性研究法,由理論與實務兩方向出發:理論方面,透過整理教育與戲劇基礎理論的相關文獻,對應研究者的觀課與觀戲經驗,比較劇場與教學結構;實務方面,透過演出紀錄等資料,了解台灣教育戲劇的發展歷程,並實際觀察教育劇場活動《ㄎㄧㄤ!青春變奏曲》,談執行單位思樂樂教育劇場,了解台灣教育與戲劇結合的實務現況,並綜合以上結果,提出教育何以向戲劇借鏡。‘One’s life is like a play, a play is like one’s life.’ Life and play have many features in common, so do education and drama. If we observe into details more carefully at drama and education, we will be surprised that they are so similar with each other. For example, the students say ‘thank you teacher’ when the class dismiss, so do the audience applaud when the stage close. Following the same logic, we found teacher is like actor, classroom is like stage, and teaching plans is like script. However the involvement level of student and audience is very DIFFERENT. General speaking, the student participates in classroom activities with a low involvement level but the audience usually immerse in the drama deeply. Thus this study aims to explore the elements of education and drama in common and propose the lessons learned from the drama for the education practitioner. The study employed qualitative research method and selected the “Youth Variations” as the case. We compare the inner structure of education and drama via the literature and the observations. We also trace the history theatre-in-education in Taiwan via the research case to see the merge status of education and drama. At last the study summarize the findings and propose the practical implications.
