    Abstract: 宜蘭位於台灣的東北部，跟台灣的西部縣市不同，她在1987走向污染性工業化的道路之後，奠下今日在地觀光與農業發展的道路。然而，自2006年雪隧通車，雖然讓宜蘭與西部的交通更加便利，但卻讓宜蘭的農地轉移至非農業使用的問題變得更嚴重，但同時也促成更多的青年投入宜蘭農業。今日宜蘭農藝復興發展之路，便是面臨著這樣特殊的問題前景下來開展。從賴青松在2004年提出「榖東俱樂部」的新農業生產模式之後，開啟了農業生產與農業銷售的新革命。其中他以「預約訂購、計劃生產」的方式讓消費者成為自有農產品牌的「穀東(會員)」，使得農業生產者與消費者之間不再只是銀貨兩訖的關係，而是更為直接的「夥伴」，藉由互相的「提攜」、「理解」與「參與」來產生新的生產關係。隨後幾年，台灣各地皆有「返/進鄉青年」出現，並以農民市集、「社群支持型農業（Community-Supported Agriculture, CSA）」等方式參與這場新產銷關係的創建之路，更有些地方逐漸凝聚出「農人社群網絡(Farmer Community Network)」，形成一個以農為主的社會互動模式，重新連結生產者與消費者、農村與都市之間的關係，更以「友善生態環境」、「守護農田地景」等社會議題為理念，使農業的多元價值得以被認同與支持。I-Lan is located in the North-eastern Taiwan; in contrast to western region of Taiwan, she refused the expansion of industry pollution in 1987, laying foundations for today’s developments for agriculture and tourism. The Hsuehshan Tunnel (雪山隧道) opened in 2006, increasing the traffic convenience between I-Lan and Taipei but pushing more I-Lan’s farmlands to be transformed for non-agricultural goals. These events set up the background this study is going to explore.
