    Abstract: 隨著全球4G網路服務營收成長的趨緩、5G通訊技術標準的確立,以及物聯網服務的商用化,刺激新型態網路通訊應用及商業模式的崛起,也加速驅動傳統電信產業與資訊科技產業的融合。台灣網通廠同質性高,近年又受到中國品牌及製造激烈競爭,殺價競爭嚴重,營運呈現停滯甚至衰退,使得廠商不得不就公司的經營策略進行調整。
    本研究根據產業技術發展面、市場需求面、產業應用服務面等產業趨勢分析,探討網通產業發展的現況與趨勢,找出產業未來發展的方向與機會。並透過個案公司的發展歷程了解其成功的關鍵因素、現況問題,藉由策略理論架構分析個案公司競爭狀況,並給予未來經營策略建議。
    經由研究分析個案,歸納整理建議如下:
    (一)善用政府政策、優先布局相關市場
    (二)著重軟硬體系統整合、從設備到服務
    (二)加速佈局通路、強化品牌行銷
