    摘要: 本研究於期望違反理論(Burgoon, 1978)架構底下,檢視「Facebook使用動機」、「Facebook用來作為政治討論場域的同意程度」、「線上政治表達行為頻率」與「Facebook上對政治議題的處理策略行為」之間的關係,並藉此探討台灣使用者如何在Facebook上與政治與公共相關議題的貼文互動。
    研究依照親疏不同的對象(親近的好朋友、不熟的朋友),以及政治立場(相同、相反)分為四個情境。透過網路蒐集1188份問卷,結果發現,當使用者與Facebook上互動對象的政治立場相同時,無論彼此關係為親或疏,使用者會較傾向「提高」與政治議題互動,其中又以「留言回應」行為最多;而政治立場相反時,也無論彼此關係為親或疏,使用者皆會較傾向採取「降低」與政治議題互動,其中以「隱藏貼文」最多行為。結果顯示,即使面對相反的政治立場時,台灣的使用者較少在Facebook上做出如:刪除好友、封鎖他人,這種本身就是中高度違反期望的行為。
