    Abstract: 隨著Web，視訊/音訊應用軟體的擴展，streaming media網路應用的用戶數及訊務量均有大幅成長，支援多元訊務及動態資源分配的ATM寬頻網路也因應頻寬需求廣佈於世界。由於ATM容易因壅塞訊務的TCP Collapse劣化TCP傳輸效能。我們實作一個經濟的VC訊務QoS量測系統，以台北區網中心 ISP訊務的量測為例，配合過境 switch VC訊務snoop的設定，選擇擷取區網router ATM介面point-to-multipoint連外N個PVCs中的一個：Moe-Isp VC訊務log，撰寫Perl程式統計該區網ISP TCP/UDP互連訊務特性及 TCP重送封包頻次的分布，分別統計VC TCP/UDP訊務與重送封包量的相關，並分析該VC的單日Internet網路應用訊務比率。以具體的訊務統計數據，協助網路用戶及管理者了解骨幹ISP VC的實際訊務特性。提供網路管理決策的參考。
