Title:	台灣網際網路發展歷程研究之初探

Abstract:	我國網際網路(Internet)至今已蓬勃發展，但到目前為止仍無相關文獻詳實記載其發展歷程。本研究從發展政策、基礎建設、資訊應用、社會文化及民間社群及活動等分析構面，與組織、事件與關鍵人物之關係來進行單位及關鍵人物之訪談，並藉由時間軸逐一檢視各構面之具體事實與代表性事件。本研究初步成果包括我國網際網路推動相關組織關係、發展歷程階段(醞釀期、發展期、成長期、應用擴充期)、大事記及主要發展圖示指標、收集資料之網站設計等，本研究尚屬初探研究，未來將持續進行台灣網際網路發展關鍵人物訪談、正式編撰台灣網際網路發展史年序表（1986年—2004年）中英文版本，並藉由關鍵人物之訪談，提供對我國網際網路未來發展方向之建議。
