Title:	即成犯與侵占罪的既未遂問題

Abstract:	甲在網路通信公司擔任維修員，辦理線路更改固配工程，工程結束後餘有電纜線一批共二十九公斤，甲未得公司同意，出於變易持有為所有的意思，將剩餘電纜線搬至自用小貨車，並送往資源回收場，試圖以每公斤四十元價格出售給回收場，但甲尚未交付並收得貨款前，即因小貨車進入回收場時行跡可疑而被警察查獲。請問甲刑責如何？
