Abstract:	英國於二○一六年六月二十三日舉行脫歐公投，脫歐陣營以百分之五十一•九得票率勝出，震驚全球。英國於一九七三年加入歐盟，無法分享法國與德國在歐盟的領導權，另外針對歐盟朝向政治同盟之發展深感疑慮，英國內部因此一直有強烈疑歐（Eurosceptic）聲音以及脫歐要求。英國脫歐（Brexit）短期已引發英鎊重跌，衍生更多問題及不確定性。英國與歐盟未來關係，何去何從，是合作或對抗，在在攸關英國與歐盟的興衰，以及西方團結。英國脫歐因此是一件重大國際事件，值得重視。
