Title:	桌球選手運動團隊文化與團隊凝聚力關係之研究

Abstract:	本研究目的在探討運動團隊文化與團隊凝聚力二者的關係。本研究以北區10所大專乙組桌球運動員為研究對象，人數總計167名。所使用工具有運動團隊價值觀量表、團隊凝聚力量表及個人基本資料。蒐集資料以獨立樣本t考驗、積差相關及典型相關進行資料分析。研究結果發現：不同性別在「服從取向」價值觀上有差異。「奮鬥取向」、「團隊取向」與「工作凝聚力」呈現負相關，顯示大專乙組桌球運動員的團隊文化與工作凝聚力的負向關係。此一發現具有理論與實務上的意涵。本研究除了對所得結果提出解釋外，並對研究結果的應用加以分析討論。
