Abstract:	藉由台灣學術網路 (TANet)的寬頻骨幹上，以ATM寬頻網路與FT-1窄頻線路之混合網路(Hybrid Network)，進行H.320多點視訊系統的傳輸線路轉接服務，可充分而有效地利用網路資源頻寬。因此，應用ATM多工線路模擬(Circuit Emulation) 的轉接技術，加強標準同步時基參考源(PRS: Primary Reference Source)的網路傳輸接取功能，達成在TANet的基礎架構上，同時進行多點控制與滿足CBR (Constant Bit Rate)視音訊服務品質的目標。我們以中正大學遠距教學區域服務系統建置為例，規劃GPS主要同步時基源，提供視訊傳輸的網路服務。區域服務中心之間透過TANet / T3傳輸共同的時基信號，再轉送給區網連線學校之視訊設備。建立以線路轉接為基礎之視訊網路整合應用，經過數次跨區校際合作測試，驗證其可提供高品質的遠距教學服務。
