    Abstract: 自1990年網際網路興起，至今網路的普及幾乎已經深入每一個家庭之中，而使用者對網際網路的品質要求也日益精進，不論是在網路的頻寬、速度與品質上都在追求有更穩定的網路狀態，因此本研究將利用企業應用整合（Enterprise Application Integration：EAI）平台整合後端異質性供裝網路系統，搭配服務導向架構(Service Oriented Architecture：SOA)規劃建置網管品質服務(Quality of Service：QoS)系統界面，並藉由智慧卡管理機制，設定瀏覽權限，讓網路維運人員可以在有網際網路的地方隨時監控網路品質，提供使用者更穩定的網路服務。
    The Internet is emerged from 1990, and internet is almost popularizing in every family. The Internet user has more and more requirements, the user`s demand for internet not only in the bandwidth of network but also in the quality of stability network. Hence, this research uses Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) technique to integrate heterogeneous network provisioning system and uses the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) to plan the Quality of Service (QoS) on the network. The research also applies the smart card mechanism for the system and settles the authorities of user browsing service. The employee of network maintenance can monitor and control the quality of network from the internet through this system. This system provides more stable network service for user and employee can work more efficient.
