Title:	台灣學術網路管理新策略

Abstract:	在資訊化的社會中，電腦網路就如同運河、鐵路、高速公路、電力供應網等系統對一個國家工商業發展一樣，是有非常深遠的影響力。台灣學術網路已成功的扮演此一角色，建立資訊應用之基礎環境。但配合「電子郵件到中學」計畫之推動;網路名稱不變，但其功能已擴大為「教育與研究網路」，因此本文將探討台灣學術網路隨著連接節點增加，使用人口及服務對象遽增、使用者觀念差異等因素，所面臨之問題及其解決方式;同時，並針對轉型中之網路架構及管理策略作一剖析，探討其如何由區域網路中心及大專院校二個層次之管理方式運作轉變為區域網路中心、縣（市）教育網路中心及學校三個管理層次，以供相關單位規劃參考。
