Title:	一種依據連線緩衝區使用率的流量控制演算法

Abstract:	本篇文章提出一種新的流量控制演算法，經由在封包中加入兩個位元，做為回饋訊息。發送端送出封包後，交換節點依連線緩衝區使用率來設定位元值，封包到達目的端後，此二位元被複製到回應中，隨回應傳回發送端，發送端根據所得回饋訊息調整流量。模擬實驗結果顯示，本文方法不僅有效控制網路中的交通流量，並且不需借助交換節點的排程演算法便能維持公平性。
