Title:	公、私經濟部門間排擠效果之探討 : 台灣地區實證之硏究

Abstract:	本文旨在探討公部門投資，透過那些管道影響私部門投資，以及這些影響因素對私部門投資行為與資本存量成長之動態時徑效果。因此本文乃尋求建立包含公、私部門投資、成長、儲蓄，公、私部門產出之動態成長模型，以探討台灣公、私經濟部門間投資排擠效果之經濟行為。本文計分五章。第一章為緒論，說明本文之研究動機與目的、資料來源及建立、與本文架構。第二章為文獻評介，將有關文獻加以整理，其中包括介紹公經濟部門投資之理論基礎與排擠效果之意義及其形成原因，並就台灣相關實證文獻研究之。第三章為理論模型之建立。透過生產函數及成本最小化條件，導出一個包含公、私部門投資、產出、和儲蓄之動態成長模型。第四章係台灣之實證研究，其中包括模型之設立、估計之計量方法和結果。第五章為結論--將本文之討論作一總結及建議。第一章緒論1 第一節研究動機與目的1 第二節資料來源與處理3 第三節本文架構8 第二章文獻評介9 第一節公經濟部門投資之理論基礎9 第二節排擠效果之意義17 第三節排擠效果形成之因素20 第四節台灣地區相關文獻之評介27 第三章排擠效果理論模型之建立39 第四章台灣地區之實證研究53 第一節計量模型之設定53 第二節實證結果55 第五章結論65 附錄69 參考書目71
