Title:	管制公司內部人交易之政策與股市資訊效率

Abstract:	長期以來，應否管制公司內部人交易，一直是個頗受爭議的問題。而爭議的焦點往往是在於:限制公司內部人交易是否真能提高市場效率性，學者們迄今尚未有所定論。本文乃藉著發佈訊號模式的推導，針對Ausubel [1990] 所提的三種管制政策，研究在各管制政策下股票市場的資訊效率。結果發現在不同的資訊不對稱情境下，各管制政策提升市場效率的有效性會跟著不同。而且在允許公司內人交易的管制政策下，尚需健全的資訊公開體系之配合，方能有助於提升股票市場的資訊效率。
