    Title: 資訊科技對台灣證券市場變動性之影響

    Abstract: 本研究之主要目的乃在暸解資訊科技對台灣證券市場變動性之影響，以三種實證方法進行探討。實證方法(一)分別以開盤價與收盤價為衡量基礎之變動性，比擬低度興高度運用資訊科技之誼券市場之變動性，並以F統計量轍定兩市場之變動性是否存在顯著差異，實證結果顯示：高度運用資訊科技之證券市場的變動性顯著低於低度運用資訊科技之證券市場的變動性。實證方法(二)則運用自我迴歸模型與虛擬變數，探討電腦輔助交易系統(CATS)的實施對台灣證券市場之變動性所產生之影響，實證結果顯示：CATS的實施對台灣證券市場之變動性之影響不顯著。實證方法(三)乃假設資訊科技之應用增加台灣證券市場之交易量，而以GeometricLag Model驗證交易量與台灣證券市場變動性之關係，並據以推論資訊科技對台灣證券市場變動性之影響，實證結果顯示：就促進交易量的觀點而言，資訊科技對台灣證券市場變動性之影響並不顯著。
