    Abstract: 本人首先將負責系統歷年來的需求提案單，加以分類統計，作成問題點分析，利用系統轉型，資料庫、程式介面全面換新之時機，從改革資料庫結構、檢討流程、及將作業規則表格化等重點著手，徹底改善系統，使新一代系統功能更趨完善。選出其中最具代表性的薪資管理系統作為簡介，以它的再生案例，說明如何繼承往昔所有業務效能之持續運作，同時也為未來拓展應用鋪下便利之路。
