Title:	結合網路電話在非同步遠距教學的應用

Abstract:	網路電話 (VoIP) 是目前廣泛使用的網路服務之一，實現電腦對電腦 (PC to PC) 與電腦對電話(PC to Phone) 的通話，並藉由網路特性，達到節省通話費用的目的。校園中更可應用VoIP ，提供更多通訊上的應用，本研究將以校園中， VoIP 可提供的延伸應用服務進行研究，以將VoIP 之便利性擴大到校園中。本研究以建國科技大學之E-Learning 平台為研究對象，在多數的E-Learning 平台上，學生之間均無法以語音進行，針對此缺點，研究其改善方案，藉由VoIP 系統之建立，並與教務、學務、人事系統及校園電話總機系統進行整合，達到平時可提供師生間互相撥打VoIP 電話，還可以課程為單位，開設專屬之聊天室，供教師對學生授課，或學生間之討論，輔以點名機制與聊天室之管理機制，有效改善數位學習與遠距教學之學習效果。
